Independent Candidate for President
Misteradiant:
I will impose large fines for corporations that pollute our land and/or who fire employees to ship their jobs overseas. I do not buy that global economy means that you have to lower the standard of living in one country to raise it in another.
All corporations with over 10,000 employees which operate American businesses will mandate regulations that no worker shall make less than 25% of the highest executive salary, except CEO. The penalty is a dollar-for-dollar fine per worker. the fines go directly into public education and after school programs in the region where the company is fined.
All assets of a corporation will be seized by the government and dollar-for-dollar fines for all illegal activity will be mandatory for corporations found guilty of any fraud on the populace of our country. All executives found complicit and found guilty of any illegal activity will face no less than ten years in prison and all personal assets will be seized to repay debts incurred by illegal acts. The American worker and investor will no longer pay for corporate greed and we will no longer tolerate being lied to and stolen from.
